Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist - PRN is responsible for working under the direct supervision of the Team Coordinator and/or Clinical Specialist, and leadership of the Rehab Therapy Services Inpatient Manager. The successful candidate will utilize objective evaluation techniques to assess the occupational limitations and medical condition of patients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an inpatient setting and possess a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices. They will also be able to work collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team to maximize patient and team outcomes.

  • Experience in an inpatient setting required
Responsibilities:

The Occupational Therapist - PRN will be responsible for:

  • Promoting improvement in service, department, and hospital systems to benefit patient care
  • Incorporating and operationalizing the goals and objectives of the organization
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program.
  • Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapist required

AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification is also required. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
