Job Summary

The VIP Host is a key member of the Player Development team, responsible for soliciting casino players from targeted segments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aggressively solicit assigned accounts using various communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information for assigned players.
  • Provide exceptional guest service to internal and external customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of telemarketing or contact marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment

Duties are typically performed in an office setting with a phone and computer. Occasional meetings or hosting players in the Casino may be required.

This position requires consistent phone and computer work, with quotas of contacts made per day.

Native American Preference Policy

The Tribal Council gives preference in all employment practices to Native Americans. First preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.

Employment Process

Seminole Gaming's employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment.
