Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

Solomon Page is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Mattoon, Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with respiratory conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions, including those with chronic respiratory diseases and acute respiratory distress.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and other respiratory interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other respiratory therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Certification from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
