Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Hard Rock International. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
- Restock and replenish supplies, such as toiletries and towels
- Ensure that all guest rooms are clean and tidy, and that all amenities are in working order
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Secondary school degree preferred and/or previous work experience in service for at least 1 year
- Ability to comprehend and use basic language, either written or spoken, to communicate information and ideas
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to perform numerical operations using basic counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying or dividing
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers and staff, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy
This role requires the ability to move throughout the business (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time. The ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists is also required. The role may also involve exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environments.
