Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies.
  • Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items.
  • Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items.
  • Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order.
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment.
