Respiratory Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. in Minnesota. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch care to our patients with respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate respiratory care plans.
  • Administer treatments and therapies, including aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through CoARC).
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy, can be obtained upon hire.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 180 days of hire.
