RN - Float Pool NIGHTS

As a Registered Nurse on our Float Pool team, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and units within our hospital, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments and units.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
