MEP Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Coordinator to join our team at Actalent. As a MEP Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the development of comprehensive MEP and specifications for projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop MEP plans and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of MEP plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the procurement process by providing technical expertise in selecting equipment and ensuring compliance.
  • Oversee MEP subcontractors throughout the construction phase.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality work.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges related to MEP systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering or related field.
  • 0-5 years of MEP coordination experience.
  • Knowledge in CAD or Revit.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • PE license is preferred.
