Veritas Partners is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail banking division. As Head of Retail Banking, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and mentoring a team of branch managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and coach branch managers to achieve business objectives and develop their leadership skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Oversee the regional branch budgeting process and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide leadership, accountability, and support to branch managers in completing annual business plans and performance appraisals.
  • Monitor and maintain regional branch FTE targets and coordinate effective staff coverage.
  • Work with Retail Operations and other department leads to assess, create, and develop new bank efficiencies, products, or procedures.
  • Respond effectively to escalated client questions, suggestions, concerns, and complaints.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver effective retail meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate education.
  • 8 years of progressive branch management experience.
  • Familiarity with all retail banking products.
