  • Familiarity with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs
  • Knowledge of the Yocto build system
  • Understanding of the Linux kernel and device drivers
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Scripting skills in shell languages like Bash
  • Awareness of security best practices
  • Understanding of wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi
  • Familiarity with web-based user interfaces and web server technologies
  • Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques
  • Good project management skills
  • Active participation in the RDK-B community
