Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client, a 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and record vital information from new residents, including health details and medication administration.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting wound healing and preventing complications.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance on patient care and procedures.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient goals.
