Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of dining hall staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new menu concepts, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and optimal pricing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a university or large-scale dining environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
