Job Summary

MV Transportation is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosis, service, and repair of various vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair defects in vehicle systems and components
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on vehicles
  • Execute major and minor repairs of defective components
  • Document all activities in MV's Fleet Management System
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Combination of at least two to three years of apprentice-level training and experience in automotive or diesel mechanics
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing
