Job Title: Assembly Technician

At Spectraforce Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using manual operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using manual operations.
  • Ensure high-quality assembly and meet production standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • J-Standard Solder certification.

Preferred Skills:
  • Solder experience.
  • Weld experience.
  • Harness assembly experience.
  • Inspection experience.
  • Wire routing experience.

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
