We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to over $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes up to 4 weeks of paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and record patient care data, including initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments, and discharge plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

Requirements:
