Position Overview
The Grounds Maintenance Worker/Driver is responsible for performing landscape upkeep at various company and contract sites while driving to different work locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts landscape maintenance tasks professionally, ensuring a tidy and appealing environment. Responsibilities include lawn care, planting, weeding, trimming, and irrigation system repairs.
- Ensures all landscaping equipment is maintained and operational by adhering to the manufacturer's guidelines and established procedures.
- Manages landscape supply inventory, proactively identifying necessary supplies and informing the supervisor to prevent service delays.
- Engages positively with clients and customers.
- Collaborates effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
