Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Sonographer to join our team at USA Clinics Group. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing vascular ultrasound examinations and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vascular ultrasound examinations to create Venous Flow Maps for treatment planning
  • Assist physicians in explaining treatment plans to patients
  • Set up and clean procedure rooms, exam rooms, and ultrasound rooms
  • Perform additional ultrasound examinations as required by treatment plans
  • Adhere to standard time allotments for each exam to maintain efficient patient flow
  • Collaborate with office staff, administrative staff, and physicians to review ultrasound schedules and ensure timely patient care
  • Develop and maintain quality of work and skills through continued education and interaction with other ultrasound technologists
  • Maintain equipment and manage supply inventory to ensure continued operations
Requirements
  • Certificate of Completion from an accredited Ultrasound program
  • Registered Vascular Technologist, Registered Vascular Specialist, or Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RVT / RVS / RpHS) or ability to earn certification within 90 days of hire
  • Cultural sensitivity and excellent patient care skills
  • Ability to work well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work as part of a team
