Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vascular Ultrasound Specialist to join our team at USA Clinics Group. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing vascular ultrasound examinations to create a Venous Flow Map for patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ultrasound examinations to create a Venous Flow Map for patients.
  • Assist physicians in explaining treatment plans to patients.
  • Set up and clean procedure rooms, exam rooms, and ultrasound rooms.
  • Perform additional ultrasound examinations as required by treatment plans.
  • Adhere to standard time allotments for each type of ultrasound exam.
  • Work with office staff, administrative staff, and physicians to review ultrasound schedules.
  • Develop and maintain quality of work and skills through continued education and interaction with other ultrasound technologists.
  • Maintain equipment and manage supply inventory.

Requirements

  • Certificate of Completion from an accredited Ultrasound program.
  • Registered Vascular Technologist, Registered Vascular Specialist, or Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RVT / RVS / RpHS) or ability to earn certification within 60 days of hire.
  • Ability to work well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
