Job Summary:

The Security Shift Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. This role will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
  • Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve security services and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
