Job Summary
Medline is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements. You will work cross-functionally to deliver system functionality in support of streamlined and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and enforce project deadlines and schedules.
  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Assess business process and system inefficiencies. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details. Design details of automated systems.
  • Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology related field.
  • At least 4 years of data, business, and/or systems analyst experience, including translating between business and technical requirements.
  • Experience with structured querying language (SQL) and relational database schemas.
  • Experience documenting technical processes into digestible formats and communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
