Billing Analyst

At Randstad, we're seeking a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop reporting tools to perform business, financial, and data analysis.
• Develop and analyze scorecards to provide insights into trends and unusual performance.
• Update customer records with invoices, bills, and contact information.
• Reconcile sales order records with shipping documents to ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity, and communicate any discrepancies to relevant personnel.
• Ensure follow-up on analysis and reporting outcomes to ensure implementation.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Entry-level experience.

Skills:

• Billing and accounting software.
• Time management and organization.
• Microsoft Office.
• Filing and record-keeping.
• Following instructions and procedures.

Working Conditions:

• Manual lifting up to 50lbs.
