Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to patients with physical, emotional, mental, or developmental impairments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' learning needs and capabilities to develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement and monitor patients' progress, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant / Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA
  • Associate's degree from an accredited school or certificate from a community, technical, or vocational college
  • Current CPR certification
