About the Role

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals to provide exceptional patient care and service to customers. You will also be responsible for driving sales and profit growth through effective merchandise presentation and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage inventory and merchandise presentation to meet customer needs.
  • Supervise and develop a team of pharmacy professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
