The Direct Marketing Intern will engage with local communities by canvassing neighborhoods and initiating conversations with homeowners to arrange complimentary assessments of their exterior home features, including Roofing, Siding, and Gutters.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidates are self-driven, positive, accountable, energetic, and competitive. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Performance-based pay up to $20/hour
  • $25 bonus for each appointment successfully held
  • Comprehensive training and development

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Canvass designated neighborhoods
  • Generate appointments for free exterior home assessments
  • Act as an ambassador for AmeriPro Roofing, serving as the initial point of contact
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Sales Leadership and homeowners
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Adhere to AmeriPro's established systems, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience in marketing or sales is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently
  • Smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
  • Willingness to learn and be receptive to coaching
