Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Car Cleaner to join our team at Kahului Airport. As a Car Cleaner, you will be responsible for preparing returned rental vehicles for customer pickup, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors to meet client standards
  • Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors according to client procedures
  • Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings according to standard procedures
  • Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth, and report any issues
  • Check fuel levels and warning lights, and reset vehicle settings as needed
  • Verify vehicle registration and license plate information
  • Check fluid levels and replenish as needed
  • Fuel and stage vehicles for customer pickup
  • Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report any issues
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, and report any hazards
  • Responsible for wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning supplies are available
  • May transport customers to and from other rental car facilities
  • Assist customers with their needs
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old (under 18 requires certification of work)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English fluently
