Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Hybrid BCBA - Autism Therapist. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy services, and overseeing a team of therapists to ensure exceptional care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Provide direct therapy services, including one-on-one and group sessions
  • Oversee a team of therapists to ensure high-quality care and adherence to treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct progress monitoring and data analysis to inform treatment decisions

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Active LBA certification in Virginia or willingness to obtain one
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
