Job Description

Olympic College is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach Business and Technology courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business education and experience in teaching online or partially online courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Business and Technology courses in accordance with the college catalog and departmental guidelines.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse student populations.
  • Utilize technology, such as Canvas, to support instruction and facilitate student success.
  • Maintain accurate and complete course and student records.
  • Provide clear and punctual communication with students, faculty, and staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business education, computer applications, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Successful teaching or professional experience.
  • Proficient with technology necessary to teach online or partially online courses.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's college degree or equivalent in business or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of successful college teaching experience.
  • Competency-based curriculum development experience.
