The Tobin Family of Schools is on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated infant educator to enhance our professional team. This full-time role entails a commitment of 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:15 AM and 5:45 PM. Opportunities for part-time positions may also be available.
About the Role:
As an integral part of our infant classroom, you will collaborate with a team of three full-time educators and an afternoon assistant. Your responsibilities will encompass child supervision, curriculum development, assessment, parent engagement, and ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation standards. We pride ourselves on fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere, exceeding state staffing ratios to ensure personalized attention for each child.
Who We Are:
The Tobin Family of Schools is an NAEYC accredited institution providing year-round, full-day programs for infants through PreK. With a stellar reputation in the community, we have been recognized as the Best Childcare Center in Metrowest for over two decades and have consistently been a Family Favorite.
Our facility features nine distinct classrooms, including specialized Younger and Older Infant rooms, three Toddler rooms, two Preschool rooms, and two PreK classrooms. Set in a beautifully refurbished Victorian building, we offer engaging outdoor play areas and an indoor gross motor space. Our curriculum is designed to promote holistic development through a variety of experiences, encouraging children to explore their environment and build relationships.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification and have prior experience in early childhood education. A degree in early childhood education or a related field is highly regarded. Proficiency in a second language is also considered advantageous.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive hourly wage commensurate with education and experience, ranging from $18.50 to $26.00 per hour.
