Early Childhood Education Professionals Wanted

We are currently seeking qualified Child Care Teachers to join our team at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and creating a nurturing environment that fosters their growth and development.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children. You will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, leading activities, and communicating with parents to ensure a seamless learning experience for our young students.
Key Responsibilities- Create and lead activities based on children's interests and needs
- Communicate daily with parents and document milestones
- Keep the classroom safe and clean by following established procedures
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
- Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
- At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
- MA DEEC teacher certification required
As a Child Care Teacher at Bright Horizons, you will enjoy a competitive salary, ranging from $22.75 to $27.80 per hour, based on education and experience. Salary Range: $22.75 - $27.80 per hour
