Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our ICU team on night shifts. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician or RN, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IV certification within 1 year of hire.
  • Experience working in an ICU setting.
