We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our ICU team on night shifts. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician or RN, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- IV certification within 1 year of hire.
- Experience working in an ICU setting.
