- Enhance Efficiency: Enhance efficiency and effectiveness on engagements during planning, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
- Develop Technical Knowledge: Develop technical knowledge to perform in-charge responsibilities, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Research and Resolution: Research and propose resolutions to technical A&A matters, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Develop Additional Services: Assist in developing additional services for current clients, identifying new opportunities and growing revenue streams.
- Networking and Community Involvement: Develop contacts through networking and community involvement, maintaining contacts for referral use and assisting with firm recruiting efforts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university.
- CPA License: CPA license preferred, but not required.
- Experience: 2 years of public accounting experience, with a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Effective leader of team members, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organization skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
