Home Health Registered Nurse Travel Assignment

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Details
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Setting: Medical care provided in the patient's home
  • Specialty: Home Health
Responsibilities
  • Completes nursing assessments and documents patient records
  • Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members
  • Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members
  • Administers medications as ordered with proper documentation
  • Requires driving to multiple patient homes daily
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
Requirements
  • One year's experience as a RN, at least 6 months recent Home Health experience required
  • Current RN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Valid auto insurance
