Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive pay starting at $25+ per hour, with certification reimbursement and mileage reimbursement for travel between clients. Our team also provides supervision and training by experienced BCBA's.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client needs. Additionally, they will document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes, collaborate with the BCBA for effective therapy and data-driven decision-making, and assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a valid RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. Experience working with individuals in various settings, along with a passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders, is highly valued.
