We are seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients, document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes, and collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA therapy to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.
- Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collect and record data on client progress, working closely with the BCBA to inform therapy decisions.
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and implement treatment plans that promote positive outcomes for clients.

Requirements:
- Possession of a valid RBT certification.
- Current CPR certification required upon hire.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.
- Passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential through evidence-based therapy practices.

We offer a competitive salary of $25+ per hour, plus certification reimbursement, mileage reimbursement for travel between clients, and supervision provided by our experienced BCBA. Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization are also available.
