Exciting Opportunity for a Neuro Trauma ICU Nurse

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, located in the heart of Kissimmee, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our Neuro Trauma ICU team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role:

We are looking for a registered nurse with 1+ year's experience in an acute care environment to provide high-quality patient care in our Neuro Trauma ICU. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

  • Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
  • Provide continuous monitoring and assessments, making autonomous decisions when necessary

Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
  • 1+ years experience as RN in acute care environment is preferred
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire
  • BSN is preferred
  • CCRN preferred
