About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Services team at Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, for an assigned group of patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 6 months of acute dialysis experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
