Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, Operate, and Commission BAS: Develop and implement building automation systems across various facility types, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Integrate Energy Management Systems: Collaborate with our team to integrate energy management systems with existing building infrastructure, optimizing energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
  • Provide On-Site Support: Offer on-site support and troubleshooting for complex HVAC control systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers: Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure successful system installations, meeting project deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Conduct System Audits: Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement, optimizing energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years in BAS Engineering: Possess hands-on experience in Johnson Controls or Siemens systems, with a strong understanding of building automation principles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering: Hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a strong foundation in building automation systems.
  • Familiarity with Los Angeles Energy Codes: Have a solid understanding of Los Angeles energy codes and sustainability standards, ensuring compliance and optimal system performance.
  • Strong Programming Skills: Possess strong programming skills in building automation software, with the ability to develop and implement custom solutions.
