About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solutions.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing expert guidance to help customers choose the perfect vision solution.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-presented.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
