Overview of Position: We are seeking an experienced Intake Registered Nurse to join our team at Cypress Creek Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and admitting patients, coordinating care with our healthcare team, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence. As an Intake Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Screen patients for admission and develop individualized care plans
  • Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety and excellence

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current Texas RN license or compact state license
  • 3+ years of adult/adolescent psychiatric and/or chemical dependency nursing experience
  • Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills and ability to mentor new staff members

Salary and Benefits:
