Pediatric Endocrinologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our team at UT Health San Antonio, Department of Pediatrics, Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine. As a Pediatric Endocrinologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting clinical research, and precepting fellows, residents, and medical students. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a commitment to clinical research, and be board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology.
About the Position:
This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to share clinical responsibilities in outpatient clinics and inpatient consult service call. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop additional clinical research projects and collaborate with our team of experienced professionals.
About Our Division:
Our Division of Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes is a dynamic and growing team of 8 faculty members, with an active Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship program. We have a strong research focus, with current projects including NIH, private, and pharmaceutically funded studies on Type 2 Diabetes, Type 1 diabetes, and other areas.
