Pediatric Endocrinologist

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our team at the University of Texas Health San Antonio. As an Assistant or Associate Professor, you will be part of a dynamic team of 8 providers in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a commitment to clinical research. You will have the opportunity to precept UT fellows, residents, and medical students, and contribute to the division's 3-year ACGME accredited fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology.
The Pediatric Endocrine division has a strong research focus, with current projects including NIH, private, and pharmaceutically funded initiatives on Type 2 Diabetes, Type 1 diabetes bionic pancreas pediatric clinical trial, comorbidities of genetic obesity, and social determinants of health in diabetes.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop additional clinical research projects and collaborate with other pediatric subspecialty fellowships and adult endocrine and reproductive endocrine fellowships at UT Health.
