Job Description:

This position offers the opportunity to work in an innovative practice environment, providing comprehensive primary care services to underserved populations. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized and population-based care, while participating in Advanced Access scheduling.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Medical degree (MD/DO) from an approved medical or osteopathy school.
  • Graduation from an accredited residency program in family practice.
  • Board certification within 24 months of employment.
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of CT.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Provide primary care services, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in an innovative practice environment.

 

About Our Benefits:

  • An estimated annual salary range of $190,000 - $230,000 based on experience and qualifications.
