Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Valet Driver to join our team at Reef Technology Inc. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering exceptional service that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all guests upon arrival, opening guest vehicle doors and assisting with unloading vehicles when necessary.
  • Retrieve keys from guests, issue tickets, and enter customer information using electronic devices.
  • Park guest cars in designated spaces, ensuring safe and proper operation of guest vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage, record information using electronic devices or manual tickets, and correctly record the make, model, and location of each vehicle.
  • Quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests, assist with loading luggage or personal items when necessary, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange for towing services when necessary.
  • Immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Managers or Shift Leads.
  • Request and collect relevant fees for service use.
  • Assist in reconciling end-of-shift revenue against ticket distribution, when necessary.
  • Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
  • Previous valet experience preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot.
  • Move from valet stand to customer cars by walking or running for extended periods, sometimes for the entire duration of the shift.
  • Occasionally lift and carry customer luggage or personal items, up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions

  • Work is performed outdoors for extended periods, including up to the entire duration of the shift.
  • Employees are subject to environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold weather.
