Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Part-Time Trash Collector - Service Valet to join our team. As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for collecting trash from residents' doorsteps and transporting it to the onsite trash compactor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trash Collection: Transport trash bags collected from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor at the apartment community.
  • Photo Documentation: Take required photos using our company's App during service to track and document the collection process.
  • Property Coverage: Enjoy working close to home as we serve multiple apartment communities, aiming to assign you to a property within a 10–15 minute drive.

Schedule and Shifts:

  • Typical Schedule: Typically scheduled Sunday through Thursday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, although hours and days may vary by property.
  • Shift Length: Shifts are 2-4 hours long, with some positions potentially having earlier start/end times, and Sundays may require additional hours.
  • Part-Time Position: This is a part-time position offering hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of adapting to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of changing weather conditions.
  • Lifting and Transporting: Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Walking and Climbing: Able to walk the distance of property, and be exposed to disagreeable odors, and climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.
  • Smartphone Requirement: Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.
  • No Prior Experience: No prior experience is necessary; we provide hands-on, paid training from day one.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Reliable Vehicle: A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name (or listed as a driver on policy) for your vehicle.
