Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of roofing experience or relevant construction experience.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • 21 years of age or older to drive company vehicles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to frequently ascend and descend ladders up to 40 feet in height.
  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$24.00 per hour.
  • Three annual bonus opportunities.
