Job Summary

Nations Roof is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead our roofing crew in the installation of new and existing commercial roofs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to train and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train a team of roofers in the installation of various commercial roof systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs.
  • Conduct roof inspections and maintain manufacturer warranties.
  • Accurately record time and material information.
  • Represent the company and interact with customers and coworkers in a professional and ethical manner.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, including experience with BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems.
  • Ability to lead and train a team of roofers in a small team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills.
  • Ability to travel when required.
