Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Strategy, Analytics & Insights to lead our Canada Strategy, Analytics & Insights team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and enhance partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders and teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact business success.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, analytics, and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer experience through strategic planning and analytics.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
