ADAM'S is seeking a highly skilled Audit Director to join our team. As a key member of our audit department, you will be responsible for supervising a team of auditors and overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of our audit risk assessment and audit plan.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of financial audit principles and practices. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our audit processes are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of auditors and provide guidance on audit procedures and techniques
• Develop and implement audit risk assessments and audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate audit risks
• Conduct audits and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of financial audit experience
• CPA or CIA certification preferred
• Strong understanding of financial audit principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
