Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals. Your expertise will be utilized to provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, in alignment with Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom and support students' overall development. Your strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills will be essential in monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, California state license or eligibility for licensure, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
